Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prime Infinite Terms of Service (


Unless expressly stated otherwise, in the event of a conflict between the Prime Infinite terms of Service, the following documents shall prevail in the following (descending) order: (i) Privacy Policy, (ii) Prime Infinite Data Servicing Terms of Service. 


“Client" the word client shall mean the processor or controller of the data with legitimate interest and valid consent of the data owners. 


"Customer Data" the personally identifiable information of the Data Subjects. 


“Client Data” means data added to the Prime Infinite products, services, website and software applications using the client devices, technologies, softwares, tools, and any similar digital technology which originated from clients business environment.


“Data Servicing Module” means a proprietary servicing module controlled by the client for collecting and processing raw data and translating it into usable information. 


“Data Enrichment Tools” means various features within the Prime Infinite Service which allow clients to enrich data.


“Applicable Laws” means application UK, European Union and US laws, including Federal, State and Local.



By enabling the Data Servicing Module within the Prime Infinite products, services, software applications and website the client agrees to abide by these Terms of Service.


The client acknowledges that:

  • They do not own the Customer Data, but do have the right to use the data subject to the terms defined in this agreement.

  • The client will control the access and processing of customer data to ensure that the access is provided to a limited authorised person. 

  • The Client Data may be deleted, if the client terminates their commercial agreement.

  • The Client Data will be deleted within 30 days of the end of their contract term and may not be exported.


The Client will not use the Full Contact Data for:

  • cookie tracking, ad exchanges, ad networks, data brokerages or sending electronic communication, including email in violation of Applicable Law.

  • Determining any person’s employability, creditworthiness, credit standing credit capacity or any other characteristics related to such a person’s manner or mode of living.


Prime Infinite will store and tag all  Client Data in products, service, software applications and websites so it can be identified by the Client. The client will solely be responsible for controlling the access and processing of clients data to its authorised person.

This Policy applies when you engage with us by performing any of the following:

  • Utilize our applications and services as an authorized user

        • Account Information: Includes your name, email address, phone number, physical address.

        • Access and processes customer data, customer address, order data, order fulfillment information.


  • Automated technologies: Using cookies, server logs, and similar methods as you interact with our website.


  • Third parties: Receiving Personal Data from sources like other individuals, social media platforms, analytics providers, communication services, and providers of technical, and delivery services.


Device and Usage Data:

Acceptable Data


The services we offer are not HIPAA compliant. Using the services with respect to Pesonal Health Information (PHI) data may not be compliant with your obligations. You need to ensure and warrant the data you share or provide access to us will not include any PHI.

How we keep your data safe

We have appropriate organizational safeguards and security measures in place to protect your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. The safeguards and security measures include but is not limited to security training to personnel and employees, background verification of personnel, network and system segmentation, certificate-based security, sensitive data encryption during transition and at rest, develop and maintain secure key management policies and procedures, separation of staging and production environments.

Third-Party Tools:- Prime Infinite uses Shopify, AWS and other third-party tools, services and platforms to store your information securely. Your data is securely stored on servers located in the USA.


We may store your data securely on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

The communication between your browser and our website uses a secure encrypted connection wherever your Personal Data is involved.

We require any third party who is contracted to process your Personal Data on our behalf to have security measures in place to protect your data and to treat such data in accordance with the law.

In the unfortunate event of a Personal Data breach, we will notify you and any applicable regulator when we are legally required to do so.


Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep secure any access details provided to you to access our services and processed data.


In case you want to get your data stored with us deleted earlier than the planned deletion as per our data retention policies then you will need to contact us.

Reasonable care and testing has been done to ensure that the apps and services are error free. It is your responsibility to ensure to test our apps and services before you put it into production use. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18 Years
