“Data Enrichment Tools” means various features within the Prime Infinite Service which allow clients to enrich data.

Terms
By enabling the Data Servicing Module within the Prime Infinite products, services, software applications and website the client agrees to abide by these Terms of Service.
The client acknowledges that:

They do not own the Customer Data, but do have the right to use the data subject to the terms defined in this agreement.

The client will control the access and processing of customer data to ensure that the access is provided to a limited authorised person.

The Client Data may be deleted, if the client terminates their commercial agreement.

The Client Data will be deleted within 30 days of the end of their contract term and may not be exported.
The Client will not use the Full Contact Data for:

cookie tracking, ad exchanges, ad networks, data brokerages or sending electronic communication, including email in violation of Applicable Law.

Determining any person’s employability, creditworthiness, credit standing credit capacity or any other characteristics related to such a person’s manner or mode of living.
Prime Infinite will store and tag all Client Data in products, service, software applications and websites so it can be identified by the Client. The client will solely be responsible for controlling the access and processing of clients data to its authorised person.
